| If you own IP cameras or need to view
your CCTV cameras connected to a DVR via the Internet, then you
probably need us to set up your router & firewall so that you may
remotely view your cameras. Each of our level II networking
technicians have over 4000 hours of experience connecting IP cameras
& DVRs to the Internet, and are ready to help you view your home
or business via the Net. Simply, your router/ firewall is not
allowing video to pass to the Internet and needs to be configured to
do so. That's where we come in. We'll securely connect to your
network and make the configurations for you, then will show you how
to view your cameras via the Internet.
Techstring.com
advantage: Techstring.com is actually the inhouse level II support
department for Cctvwholesalers.com, and we've been specializing in
DVR support since 1998. Recognizing the need for reliable,
professional tech support, our company made Techstring a separate
business offering inexpensive on-demand tech support to
non-Cctvwholesalers.com customers. Providing support on digital
video surveillance products is second nature to us.
Fee:
$75 covers the initial connection fee and first 30 minutes of
tech support. Each additional minute of Level II networking
support is only $1.25.
Estimated total cost: Depending
on the type of internet connection you have, and the complexity of
your network, prices will vary. As a rule of thumb, for small
businesses and residential jobs involving a cable Internet
connection, the $75 normally covers the entire job. DSL
Internet connections may take just a bit longer putting your
total cost at about $80 - $95. Larger businesses using multiple
routers/ firewalls typically take well over an hour.
