In the event of a newly detected problem, our staff will either alert you to the impending issue and request authorization for further action or, depending on the level of access you grant us, automatically address the issue in effort to instantly resolve it. In essence, it will become our mission to help ensure the smooth operation of your computer systems... allowing you to better focus on managing other aspects of your business.

How it works
We install a small, Windows Certified application on each of your office PCs, which will automatically alert our New Orleans tech staff in the event of a problem.  As an added benefit, the application will also allow us to preform more intensive diagnostics, faster, in the event that a tech session is requested... saving you money and time.

Purchasing information
Billed at only $9.95 per PC you wish us to remotely health monitor, there is a three month minimum subscription period. Please put the number of office computers you wish us to monitor in the Quantity box when checking out.
