Let us help keep your office PCs and servers running smoothly with our PC Health monitoring services.  With PC-Health monitoring, we keep a constant eye on each of your office computers via our big screen TVs in our central tech center located in New Orleans, and are instantly alarmed to critical anomalies that may compromise a given system or network.  Simply, for each computer you have us monitor, we see a series of gauges that give us a live graphical representation of your computer's critical processes.  Monitored Monday through Friday, 9AM CST to 6PM CST, we will instantly know if any given PC is being heavily strained or is beginning to fail.  Depending on the level of access you allow us to your PCs, we can then either automatically address the problem ourselves or alert you to the problem and request authorization to proceed.
